Join OSM Thome as Chief Officer on a bulk carrier trading worldwide. We are looking for a steady, hands-on deck officer with strong cargo and deck management skills, committed to safe and efficient vessel operations. - Key responsibilities: - Lead deck crew in all deck and cargo operations - Plan and supervise loading, stowage, and discharge of bulk cargoes - Ensure navigational watchkeeping in line with company and international rules - Maintain safety, permit to work, and emergency preparedness on board - Oversee maintenance of deck equipment and deck stores - Support the Master in shipboard management and documentation - Requirements: - Valid Chief Officer (Unlimited) license, STCW compliant - Experience as C/O or 1/O on bulk carriers - Good knowledge of bulk cargo handling and stability - Valid STCW basic and advanced safety certificates and medical fitness - Good English communication skills - Strong safety mindset and leadership skills
