OSM Thome is looking for an experienced Able Seafarer (AB) to work on oil/chemical tankers trading worldwide. You will be part of a safe, professional deck crew, supporting cargo and navigation operations on board. - Key responsibilities: - Assist with mooring, unmooring and anchoring operations - Carry out cargo handling duties and tank deck operations as directed - Perform lookout and helmsman duties on bridge watch - Take part in routine maintenance, chipping, painting and cleaning - Follow company and vessel safety procedures at all times - Participate in drills and emergency duties as per muster list - Requirements: - Valid AB Certificate and Seaman’s Book - Experience on oil and/or chemical tankers - Valid STCW certificates and tanker endorsements (as required) - Good English communication skills - Medically fit for sea service - Strong safety attitude and willingness to work in a team
