Join OSM Thome as 2nd Officer on a PSV operating offshore Luanda, Angola. We are looking for a safety-minded and hands-on deck officer with solid PSV experience to support bridge, deck and cargo operations. - Key responsibilities: - Stand navigational watches and assist the Chief Officer and Master - Plan and monitor safe passage and vessel positioning - Assist with DP operations and cargo/ deck activities as required - Maintain charts, publications and navigational equipment - Support implementation of safety procedures and permit to work - Lead and supervise deck crew during routine and port operations - Requirements: - Valid STCW Officer of the Watch (OOW) / 2nd Officer CoC - Previous experience as 2/O on PSV DP or similar offshore vessels - Good English communication skills, spoken and written - Strong safety awareness and teamwork attitude - Fit and ready to work in a challenging offshore environment near Luanda
