V.Ships Leisure is looking for Assistant Bar Manager on behalf of Orient Express Sailing Yachts. Alongside the Bar Manager, you will be managing and supervising the multi-site Bar department and assisting with the day-to-day operation of the department. You will be instrumental in defining the bar department’s service philosophy, improving sales and profitability and mitigating guests’ complaints. You will also be responsible for ensuring that company standards are followed as per the beverage operations manual.
