This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional to oversee all hotel operations onboard, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and the highest standards across accommodation, food & beverage, housekeeping, guest services, entertainment, and revenue-generating areas. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all hotel departments onboard. - Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service delivery. - Drive operational efficiency and adherence to company standards. - Manage budgets, departmental performance, and onboard revenue opportunities. - Develop, motivate, and support a multicultural hotel team. - Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and maritime regulations. - Collaborate closely with shipboard and shore-side management teams. Requirements: - Previous experience as Hotel Manager, Assistant Hotel Manager, or in a senior hotel operations leadership role onboard a cruise ship. - Strong background in hospitality and guest services. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Experience managing budgets, service standards, and operational performance. - Excellent English communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
