Fair Spirit Shipping is hiring experienced maritime cooks to work on board passenger ferries operating in the Mediterranean area. Positions available (as per Italian rules): - 3rd Cook - 2nd Cook - 1st Cook - Head Cook / Chief Cook Salary: 3,600 EUR per month. Contract: 3 months (+/-1 month) on board, followed by a 1.5-month break. Requirements — candidates should already possess, or be able to obtain within a short timeframe: - Valid passport - Seaman's book / Seafarer's documentation - STCW certifications - Security awareness training - Medical fitness certificate for seafarers - HACCP certification - Ship's cook's certification Priority is given to candidates who already hold maritime certifications and are eligible to work on passenger ferries in Italy. Hotel or restaurant cooks without maritime qualifications will not be considered.
