Fair Spirit Shipping is hiring 6 Safety Coaches for deployment in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar. Scope of work: Coach ratings and officers in safety using Human Factors as the primary tool. The position is onboard, rotating across vessels with approximately one week on each vessel. Requirements: 1. Junior officer (deck or engine) with at least one year sea time on oil, chemical and/or LNG tanker with high regard to safety - preferred. 2. Junior officer (deck or engine) with offshore experience with high regard to safety - optional if no candidates found as per point 1. 3. Very good command of English language. 4. Good communication skills and engaging with people. 5. Any HSE certification such as Train-the-Trainer, Leadership, NEBOSH, OSHA, Auditor, Accident Investigation, Human Factors would be advantageous but not compulsory. Contract: Rotation 60 days on / 60 days off. Salary: USD 200 per day while working. Accepted candidates will be trained in Dubai, UAE prior to deployment.
