OSM Thome is looking for an experienced 3rd Officer for oil/chemical tankers trading worldwide. Join us on board and support safe and efficient navigation and cargo operations in an international fleet. Key Responsibilities - Stand navigational watches and ensure safe passage at sea and in port - Assist with cargo operations for oil/chemical cargoes as per company and industry standards - Maintain and update charts, publications, and navigational equipment - Carry out safety, security, and environmental protection duties as assigned - Participate in drills, inspections, and maintenance of deck and safety equipment - Support senior officers in all deck and bridge operations Requirements - Valid 3rd Officer (OOW Deck) license, meeting STCW requirements - Tanker endorsement for oil/chemical (advanced preferred) - Valid STCW basic and advanced safety certificates - Good experience on oil/chemical tankers is an advantage - Good English communication skills - Fit for duty with valid medical certificate
