Trade Area: Primarily Baltic and North Sea. Rotation: Flexible 1 month on / 1 month off (± 1 week due to irregular routes). Vessels: Modern general cargo fleet (Finland flag). Team: Small, solution-focused crews (7-9 people) with strong shore-based support. Monthly Salary: 5,712 € Gross (All-inclusive). Permanent Contract: Salary is paid both when working and while on leave. Social Security: Full coverage including pension, unemployment funds, and health insurance. Travel: All travel costs to and from the vessel are covered and arranged by the company. Taxes: Assistance in obtaining a Finnish progressive tax card (reducing tax to approx. 20-25%).

Cerințe

Nationality: EU citizenship only. Certification: STCW CoC III/3 or III/2 (Chief Engineer < 3000 kW). Legal: Must pass an online Finnish maritime legislation exam (company provides materials and support). Experience: Previous experience on small/general cargo vessels or as a Single Engineer is preferred. Skills: Strong English communication and basic computer skills for electronic logbooks.
