• Proven ability to sail independently in any and all conditions • Independent and flexible mentality • Dedicated to further education and obtaining additional licenses • Decisive and assertive with ability to make key decisions with confidence • Strong leadership skills • English mandatory, additional languages (Dutch, French, German, Slovakian, Hungarian) are assets • Boatmaster certification • VHF certification • Radar certification • Safety Expert (Sachkunde) • Danube patent from km 190 to km 2,322 OR Rhine patent from km 333 to km 857 OR French unlimited length license
